When growth outpaced leadership, Boxabl turned to LeDuc Leadership Consultants. Learn how a focused training program delivered a surge in leadership confidence, boosted NPS scores, and unified teams at every level of the organization.
TL;DR: What You Need to Know
Boxabl, a fast-growing home builder, wanted to help their team leaders grow stronger and more confident. They partnered with Jason LeDuc of LeDuc Leadership Consultants to run leadership training for both office and factory teams. The training worked! It made leaders more confident, more organized, and better at managing people. Every single person who attended said the training was excellent or very good.
Problem: Growing Fast, but Leadership Was Falling Behind
Boxabl makes fold-able, factory-built homes. Their business is growing very fast. That means
new teams, more people, and more supervisors. But there was a problem: many of their team leaders didn’t have the skills they needed to manage people, solve problems, or work together across departments.

Here were some of the challenges:
● Supervisors had bigger teams and needed new ways to lead them.
● No shared standards for how to lead, coach, or give feedback.
● Most leaders were reacting, not planning or thinking ahead.
● Office and factory teams weren’t always aligned — they needed a “one team”
mindset.
● Coaching and accountability felt awkward or unclear for many supervisors.
They needed help fast—but the solution had to fit inside a busy factory and office schedule.
Solution: Practical, Hands-On Leadership Training
Boxabl hired Jason LeDuc of LeDuc Leadership Consultants to design a simple but powerful
leadership program. Instead of theory, Jason focused on tools leaders could use the very next day.
Who Joined the Training?
● Factory Leaders
● Office Managers
● HR and Warehouse Supervisors
● Site Leadership Teams
What Was Taught?

Level 1 – Leadership Fundamentals (6 hours):
● What it really means to be a leader
● How to set expectations and give feedback

● How to manage tough conversations
● How to follow and teach “Standard Work”
● Problem-solving and daily team huddles
● How to handle distractions and policy issues
Jason even customized the training to match Boxabl’s own rules, mission, and factory
systems. Real-life examples from their work were used in class.
Results: Big Wins in Confidence, Trust and Team Skills

Why It Worked - Jason’s training worked for 3 big reasons:
1. It was specific to Boxabl. Leaders didn’t get generic advice. They practiced with real examples from their own workstations and teams.
2. It was built for busy schedules. The training fit into one workday with a short lunch, so production lines didn’t stop.
3. It created a shared language. Now, leaders at Boxabl all understand terms like “standard work,” “coaching conversations,” and “accountability frameworks.”
What’s Next for Boxabl?
Boxabl isn’t stopping. Here’s how they plan to build on this success:
● Level 2 Training: More advanced skills like difficult conversations and negotiation.
● Playbooks for Supervisors: One-page guides for solving problems on the floor.
● Monthly Round-tables: Space for leaders to share wins and keep learning.
● More Role-plays, Less Fluff: Cutting down fun warm-ups, and adding more job-related
practice.
